Re:Generally, there is no MOQ for processed glass, but if you want to receive the best price, the more quantity, the better price.

Re:We accept PayPal, Western Union or T/T. Details will be advised after confirmation of the order.

Re:Small samples are free, customized samples are charged. 
Q4: What is the shipping method?  
Re:For small amounts, usually sent by air shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx). Takes 4-5 working days. For large amounts, usually delivery by ship (FOB/CIF). Takes around 25-30 working days (Depend on which country).

Re:Yes, generally, we offer a 5-year warranty for processing glass based on your normally uses. We advise you use it in a right way to keep your products service life in a long time (more than 5 years). 
Q7: How do you control the quality of your products?  
Re:We have standard management in our factory based on ISO system and train our staffs regularly. Our production department will choose high-quality materials for glass strictly for finished excellent products. And we have QC for every process; once we find little problems, we will replace the glass to make sure every piece of glass going to warehouse is in good condition.
