We are offering you one stop solution , saving your time and expenses. Q:Can I choose the color? A:Yes ,we have a huge variety of colors and materials for your own selection.
Q:Can I change the size of product?
A:Yes you can change the size of the products as per your exact requirements and at the same time,we have our own standard size for all the products as well.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A:It depends on the designs that you choose. Normally, we do not ask for MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
Q:Can I buy some samples before the orders?
A:Yes we can offer you samples before the orders but you will have to pay for the samples.
Q:How long is the Production Lead Time?
A:It depends on the designs that you choose. Normally, our products can be ready for delivery from 7days -60days.
Q:Can you give warranty of your products?
A: Yes,our warranty is 6 years,we are proud of our quality since each department we have professional QC teams.We would requs detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent,we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
Q:what is your ordering process?
A:It depends on you are buying for regular items or customized items. If going for regular one. We can offer you the price immediately. When it goes for customization, we need details of your requirement. And the process will be as below: Inquiry--sending us your requirement (layout ,designs,etc)-- choosing designs you like and offering you proposals of each area of your project-- 3d rendering if needed-- confirmation of orders-- deposit payment--production-- delivery.
